Ok, so guys please vote above, and/or give your opinions. What you think is fair, and balanced?

I think the main problem here is that nether range or mage are a viable opition with most bosses/slayer. The dmg output you can do with melee is 2 times the range/mage dmg at almost any npc.

there is options to balance magic and range up personally i feel like safe spotting shouldnt be allowed if they get buffed something like if your not getting hit and your attacking something you take stacking damage like poision that just gets worse till your hit or maybe some kinda feature where it blocks you from hitting untill the target can defend itself or it makes you run into what your fighting like with the old oh ccb for every range and magic attack
